Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs of Hamburger meat
1 large onion
1 cup of bread crumbs or crushed crackers
1 cup of Ketchup
1 Cup of BBQ Sauce
Couple squirts of worcestershire
2 eggs

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt

Brown gravy mix, or jar of brown gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, really good with your fingers.

Place in a loaf pan and cover the top of the meatloaf with some of the leftover bbq sauce and ketchup. Cover loosely and bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, cut thick slices (4 or 5) of meatloaf and lay on pan. Lay on the outside grill as you would a hamburger and let that flavor set in for a couple of minutes, enough to get the burn marks at least on one side.

Meanwhile make the brown gravy and add about half a cup of bbq sauce to some extra flavoring.

Personal Notes:
I serve the meatloaf and gravy over mashed potatoes and green beans. It is a twist from the plain old meatloaf.
