BBQ Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients: 2 lbs of Hamburger meat 1 large onion 1 cup of bread crumbs or crushed crackers 1 cup of Ketchup 1 Cup of BBQ Sauce Couple squirts of worcestershire 2 eggs
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt
Brown gravy mix, or jar of brown gravy

Directions:Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, really good with your fingers.
Place in a loaf pan and cover the top of the meatloaf with some of the leftover bbq sauce and ketchup. Cover loosely and bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, cut thick slices (4 or 5) of meatloaf and lay on pan. Lay on the outside grill as you would a hamburger and let that flavor set in for a couple of minutes, enough to get the burn marks at least on one side.
Meanwhile make the brown gravy and add about half a cup of bbq sauce to some extra flavoring. |

Notes: I serve the meatloaf and gravy over mashed potatoes and green beans. It is a twist from the plain old meatloaf.
