1 package butter flavored cake mix
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons cornstarch
4 cups fresh chopped peaches
1/2 cup water
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 cup sour cream
*Whipped Cream
1/2 cup chopped peaches
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Cool and split in half. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a pan. Add peaches and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Cool mixture COMPLETELY. Spoon 1/3 peach filling over split layers. Spread 1/3 cup sour cream over filling. Repeat with remaining cake layers.

*Frosting

Frost with whipped cream with about 1/2 cup peach filling added to whipped cream.
