Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon extract

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and bake cake at 350° until done. Mix the powdered sugar and juice of two lemons to make the glaze and pour over baked cake.

I can still see Azzie standing over that ironing board, sweat dripping down her face on those hot Saturday afternoons. Every Saturday she ironed everything in the house t-shirts, underwear, bras, slips. I asked her why she ironed all of those things and she said, "That's what Miss Levine wanted". I sure wouldn't have ironed all of those things, but even after my grandmother passed, Azzie stilled ironed just about everything except the tea towels.
