Cake:
1 C. cooking oil
1 1/2 C. granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 teas. cinnamon
1 teas. salt
1 teas. baking soda
1 teas. baking powder
3 C chopped apples
1 1/2 C. chopped pecans

Caramel Sauce:
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1/3 C. whipping cream
1 T. butter
1 teas. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix cooking oil, sugar, and eggs together and set aside. In another bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Add dry ingredients slowly while mixing. Stir well. Add apples and pecans. Mix well. Spray bundt pan with PAM or oil. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Pour cake batter into pan. Microwave 11 - 14 minutes on HI power.

Caramel Sauce:
Add all ingredients except vanilla. Microwave on HI for 1 minute and stir. Cook another 30 seconds or until thick. Add vanilla and pour over cake slices.
