1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, well chilled
1 package lemon Jell-O (regular size)
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cube margarine
20 crushed graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk in refrigerator in an open bowl until the edges are icy. Dissolve the Jell-O in hot water and add the sugar. Cool and place in the refrigerator to chill. Melt margarine and place crushed graham crackers in, stir and set aside. Whip the chilled milk in a large bowl until thick; then add lemon juice and pour in the jello mixture and whip again. Cover the bottom of a 8"x13" pan or dish with half of the crumb mixture, then pour Jell-O mixture over this, then top with the rest of the crumb mixture. Set in refrigerator to chill. Serve in squares.
