1 lb. ricotta
1 lb. cream cheese
4 eggs (@room temperature)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
3 T. cornstarch
3 T. flour
1 stick melted butter (or margarine)
1 pint sour cream

Beat all ingredients (IN ORDER !) Except sour cream fold that in at the end. Mix thoroughly. Pour in spring pan. Bake @ 325º for 1 hour. Leave in oven for 2 additional hours. Remove from pan. Serve with fresh berries or peaches. Also delicious with quality hot fudge.

This was one of Aunt Mary's favorites ! This is easy to prepare and serves a large crowd. I have been making this for over 30 years ! Enjoy !
