Personal Notes:
My Dad's only sibling, our Aunt Lorraine, lived across the street from our summer house 'Down the Camp' in Monponsett with her family. Uncle Freddie often had a huge vegetable garden . One summer he had an overabundance of tomatoes! He and my Mother decided to use them with this recipe that my Mother got from a friend. We all got a few jars each, and loved it! Tastes so good on crackers with cottage cheese, or on hot dogs! She said it was a lot of work, but made it a few summers. We appreciated it!
