2lbs summer squash sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
1 8oz. pkg. Bell's Stuffing
1/2 cup margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Cook squash and onion until just tender and drain.
3. Combine soup, sour cream, stir in carrots, fold in squash and onion.
4. Combine stuffing and melted butter.
5. Spread 1/2 in bottom of 12x7x2 roasting pan or 13x9
6. Spoon vegetable mixture over stuffing, layer 2nd of half of stuffing mixture on top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
