1 (16 oz) can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans
1/4 c liquid from can of beans
3 T lemon juice
1 1/2 T tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
2 T olive oil
Dash chili powder
Dash cumin
1/2 c kalamata olives

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1+ hours. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika, a dash of parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or pita chips.
