1 lb. ground beef
1 regular jar spaghetti sauce, any flavor
1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 - 12 oz. package pasta noodles (penne, ziti,bowties, whatever you wish)
1 - 8 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain; add spaghetti sauce and cook until heated. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain pasta and pour into mixing bowl. Add sour cream and mix together. In 9 x 13 baking dish, layer half of meat mixture, then pasta mixture, then the remaining meat mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350º oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.

This is a favorite of my family and so easy to make! It is best made a few hours ahead of time, put in the refrigerator to let the flavors blend, and reheated before serving. Leftovers are even better!! You can easily increase the recipe by adding more meat, a larger jar of spaghetti sauce, and more pasta.
