2 T Olive Oil
1 lb. Large shrimp ( or a combuination of shrimp and sea legs)
1/2 cup white wine
1 1/4 lb fresh fetticini or you can use ziti

Garlic butter at room temp

1 1/2 C Heavy cream
2/3 C Minced fresh parsley
2/3 C grated parmesean cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat
Then add shrimp and cook stirring constantly until shrimp is pink
Add wine and cook about 2 more minutes
Then remove from heat
Cook pasta el dente
Drain
Place in a large bowl
Gently reheat shriimp mixture and add pasta.
Stir in the grated parmesan and 1/2 of the parsley.
Add salt and pepper and garnish with remainder of the parsley .
