1 can (26ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
2/3 cup sour cream,
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 bags (16 ounces each) frozen vegetable, combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) thawed
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 ounces)
1 can (6 ounces) French's French Fried Onions (2 &2/3 cups)

1. Stir the soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables and 1 1/2 cups cheese and 1 1/3 cups of onions in a 3 quart shallow baking dish and cover

2. Bake at 350 º F for 40 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the vegetable mixture.

3. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and onions over the vegetable mixture. Bake for 5 minutes more or until the onions are golden brown

Note - in a hurry to thaw the vegetables, cut off one corner of bag and microwave on HIGH for 5 min.
