1 c. milk
3 T. flour
1 c.sugar
1/2 c. crisco
2 T. soft butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and flour in small pan; cook until thickened, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Put in bowl tightly covered with saran and refrigerate. (atleast an hour 2 is better)
In another bowl cream ,sugar, crisco and butter. Add the cold mixture. Beat until thick and creamy.

This is my favorite frosting ! Especially good on "scratch" chocolate cake !!
