2 1/2 lbs ground venison
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 tsps Mortons tender quick
9 tsps salt
2 tsps pepper
2 tsps garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsps cardamom
1 tsp marjoram
3 tsps accent seasoning
1 oz liquid smoke
1 oz water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meat with spices. Roll meat between sheets of wax paper to 1/4" thickness. Mix liquid smoke with water and brush on meat. Cover bottom of oven with foil to catch drippings. Place jerky over oven racks. Bake at 160ºF for 3-4 hours. When meat is dry cut into strips. Place in covered container and store in a dry place.
