2-3 lbs beef roast,
2-3 lbs chicken,
2-3 lbs pork,
4 large tomatoes,
3 large green Peppers.
3 large sweet onions, more or less to taste
corn tortillas,
3 Tbs corn oil
2 or more Jalapeņos whole or cut in lengths for taste (optional)
and Salt to taste.

Set the disk over coals and the turn on the disk, cut the meat in small cubes. Place the meat on the hot disk to cook; and let it cook 20-30 minutes until well done. during the last 10 to 15 minutes add jalapeņo, (optional) onion slices to taste,we use lots of onions and then the tomatoes. heat until soft then warm up the corn tortillas and make your tacos are served with a hot sauce made of Chile de arbol recipe is in book also
