1 lb. Italian sausage (cut in 8 pieces)
6-7 white potatoes
1/4 sliced med. onion 1 sliced green pepper (hot or sweet) optional
Basil
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes in eighth's.Place sausage ,potatoes, onion, pepper's, basil, salt & pepper in casserole. Drizzle with oil. Cover with foil and bake @ 350 for an hour. Remove foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes until brown. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
