12 eggs
1 lb. pork sausage (brown & drain fat )
2 c. milk plus 2 Tbl.
12 slices cubed bread
1 t. dry mustard
1 t salt
3 c. shredded cheddar ( I like sharp ! )

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with mixer. Add milk , mustard and salt. Beat. Stir in bread , cheese and sausage. Pour in a
9x13 pan,cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in pre-heated oven @ 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil last 15 min. Let stand 10 min. Cut in squares.
