1 cup sugar
1 cup white Karo corn syrup
1 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 cups Special K Cereal
1 (6 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 (6 oz) pkg carmel chips

Place the sugar and Karo syrup in a saucepan. Bring to boil, stir in the crunchy peanut butter. Stir all into 6 cups Special K Cereal.

Place the sugar and Karo syrup in a saucepan. Bring to boil, stir in the crunchy peanut butter. Stir all into the Special K Cereal. Spread this mixture in a 9x13 pan. Melt the chocolate chips and carmel chips in the microwave. Use this to frost the bars.
