Pheasant, cleaned and cubed
1 bottle Dorothy Lynch salad dressing
1 pkg bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Once cubed and cleaned, pour Dorothy Lynch dressing over pheasant. The longer the pheasant sits in dressing, the more flavor. May even freeze in the dressing.
Cut bacon and wrap around marinated pheasant cubes, securing with a toothpick.
Grill and enjoy.
This also tastes very good with chicken.
