WHITE PART:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
DARK PART:
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 T. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
3 c. water
1/2 c. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for the dark part of the cupcakes. Fill cupcake papers in muffin tins 1/2 full. Mix together ingredients for the white part of the cupcakes. Drop 1 tsp. of the white part into the center of each cupcake. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until done.
