Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 oz bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
8 TB unsalted butter
2 large eggs, plus 2 large egg yolks
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 TB all purpose flour
1 TB coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua or coffee syrup
1 1/2 coffee ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Butter six 5-oz ramekins. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler, stirring often. Meanwhile, beat eggs yolks and sugar with electric mixer about 4 minutes. Beat in flour, 1 TB at a time. Add the liqueur or coffee syrup and chocolate mixture and beat until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes more.
Divide the batter among the ramekins and place on baking sheet. Bake @ 325º until the tops of the cakes are just firm and rounded and the cakes begin to pull away from the sides of the ramekins, about 18 to 20 minutes. Let the cakes stand for a few minutes, then run a knife around the edges to loosen them. Invert the cakes onto dessert plates. Serve immediately with a small scoop of the ice cream placed alongside each cake.
