2 lbs. ground beef
1 green bell pepper - chopped
1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (29 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 TBSP. soy sauce
2 cups cooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan or Dutch oven brown beef. Drain off any fat. Add the peppers to the browned meat and saute for about 3 minutes. Can either leave in Dutch oven or put in crock pot - then add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with juice, bouillon cubes, brown sugar, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in rice and heat through.
