1 (8 qt) pkg. powdered milk (10 Cups)
1 (2 lb) can instant chocolate drink mix
1 1/3 C. powdered creamer
1 C. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together. Store up to 6 months in an airtight container. Mix 4-5 heaping tablespoons with 1 cup hot water.
Optional: For spiced cocoa add: 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. cinnamon. For mocha cocoa add: 1/4 cup instant coffee crystals to 3 cups cocoa mix.
Another option is to substitute flavored creamer for the powdered creamer.
