4 Chicken Breasts
4 Chicken Thighs
1 cup Chicken Bouillon
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
3 tbsp. Parsley
Garlic Powder to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup Burgundy Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Layer chicken breasts and thighs in a foil lined 9X13 baking pan. Sauté celery, onion, parsley, and garlic powder in 1/2 stick of margarine. Add bouillon and burgundy wine; pour all over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot.
