1 (3 oz) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/4 oz. envelope Knox gelatin
1 cup whipping cream, unwhipped
1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 c. granulated sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 c. blueberries

This is a three layered salad. Allow time for each layer to set.
First Layer: Dissolve strawberry Jello with hot water. Add cold water and pour into a 9x13 inch Pyrex dish. Set until firm.
Second Layer: Mix cold water with gelatin. Heat until gelatin dissolves. Add whipping cream and sugar. Using a blender, blend cream cheese until soft, then add whipping cream mixture to it. Add vanilla. Blend until thick and frothy. Stir in chopped nuts and pour over first layer. Let set until firm.
Third Layer: Mix strawberry Jello and hot water. Add blueberries. Pour over second layer and allow to set until firm.
