1 TBSP minced onion
2 TBSP minced celery
2 TBSP butter
2.5 TBSP flour
1.5 TBSP chicken stock base
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
3 cups milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in flour, chicken stock base, mustard, garlic powder and paprika; gradually add milk. Cook; stirring over medium heat until thickened. Add Worcestershire and cheese. Continue cooking until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
