2/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
2-4 cloves minced roasted garlic (depends on personal taste)
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese - divided
1/4 tsp hot sauce

Vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise and yogurt in medium bowl stirring until smooth.
Add chopped artichoke hearts, chilies, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, and hot sauce. Stir well.
Spoon mixture into 1 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Broil until lightly browned. Garnish with green chile slices, if desired.

One of our favorite new 'finds' is Christopher Ranch lightly seasoned roasted garlic. It's pre-peeled and roasted and in pre-packed pouches. Look for it in the refrigerated section (Winco is where we shop) where egg-roll wraps are located.
