1 can Red Salmon
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. Horseradish
1/4 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 heaping tsp. Freshly Grated Onion
1/3 cup Parsley
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add cream cheese, lemon juice, liquid smoke, horseradish, dried dill weed, salt and grated onion to drained and flaked salmon. Blend thoroughly and shape into a log. Sprinkle parsley and pecans on top. Serve with Triscuit© or Wheat Thins© crackers.
