2 lbs. carrots, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 T. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup crisco oil
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots 10 minutes or until tender.
Bring rest of ingredients to boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add carrots. Cover pot. Take off stove and cool.
Refrigerate.
Make 3-4 days ahead for the best taste.
