1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C. Butter, softened
3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Dried Basil
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/8 tsp. Onion Powder
1/8 tsp. Celery Salt
6 Tilapia Fillets

1. Preheat oven Broiler; line broiler pan with Tin-foil.
2. In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan, butter, mayo, lemon juice, and seasonings. Set aside.
3. Arrange fillets in a single layer on tin-foiled broiler pan. Broil for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from oven and spread butter mixture over the fillets and then put back in oven to broil for 2 more minutes or until butter mixture is browned and fish flakes easily with fork.
