Personal Notes:
Evelyn was Grandma Anna Ready's daughter this recipe was given to Grandma Clara Ready and was marked excellent. It must have been made at one of the family gatherings and liked very much. Sounds wonderful and as Evelyn stated the water chestnuts gives it a little crisp and crunchy taste.
