2 Egg Whites
⅔ C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Cream of Tartar
1 C Chocolate Chips
1 C Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Put in preheated oven, 350º close oven door and then turn off the heat. Leave in oven overnight or until oven is completely cool. Do not open oven door during this time.
