2 packages frozen lima beans
butter, salt and pepper to taste
1 medium sized can pimento chopped
8 ozs sour cream
2 T milk or cream Parmesan cheese,

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lima beans in small amount of water. Drain and season with butter, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake at
325 for 30 to 40 min. Serves 6-8
