1 cup golden mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
4-6 skinless chicken breasts
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix 1/3 cup golden mushroom soup, 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp onion together.

Dip chicken in soup mixture then roll in bread crumbs.

Place chicken in greased 2 quart casserole dish, drizzle with melted butter and bake for 1 hour.

Saute 1 tbsp onion in 1 tbsp butter until onions are opaque.

Combine remaining soup and water add to sautéed onions, heat, pour over cooked chicken, or serve as a gravy.
