1 C. Boiling Water
1 T. (rounded) Unflavored Gelatin
1 1/4 C. Sour Cream
3 C. Whipping Cream
1 1/2 C. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix boiling water and gelatin together and then cool til baby food temperature and then add Sour Cream. Mix whipping cream (do not whip) and sugar. Pour into containers and chill til set. Serve with fruit - blueberries, raspberries.
