1 cup vegetable oil
8 cubed steaks
salt
pepper
2 eggs beaten
3 tbsp of milk
2 cups all purpose flour
gravy
3 cups milk
3 tbsp all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
heat oil to 360º in fryer or frying pan
in bowl mix flour salt and pepper to taste
in another bowl mix beaten eggs and 3 tbsp of milk
dredge steak in flour mixture
then egg mixture tap off any excess
dredge steak in flour a second time
cook until golden brown
remove to plate with paper towels to drain excess oil
to make gravy
pour off oil leaving about 1/4 cup and brown drippings in pan
add 3 tbsp flour and cook 3-5 minutes
add 3 cups milk slowly while whisking
bring to a boil and reduce heat to low
cook 8-10 minutes whisking constantly
gravy should be thick enough to stick to back of spoon
if to thick at a little water to thin
