Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Orange Cake mix (preferrably Pillsbury)
1 large package of instant vanilla pudding
1 large can of mandarin oranges (save the juice)
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 large can of crushed pineapple

Mix cake mix by directions on the back. When asked for water, use the juice from the mandarin oranges along with water for the desired amount that says it on the box. Also mix the mandarin oranges in the cake mix. Bake cake as directed. When cake is cooled, mix in a large bowl the pineapple (drained), vanilla pudding mix (dry right out of the box) and the Cool whip. Mix it all well and put on top of the cake. Stick it in the refrigerator until the next day. Very light cake and oh, so good! Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
I think this will be a cake that you will serve often. I always had this as the dessert on Christmas Day dinner as it was always very light tasting and just added that special little touch to our dinner.
