2 boned chicken breast cooked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup diced celery
1 tsp grated onion
1 cup cook rice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
mix first nine ingredients and put in greased casserole
top with remaining 3 ingredients
bake 25 minutes at 350º or until bubbly
this may be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen; but it will take an additional 20 minutes to heat
