1 8OZ. CREAM CHESSE 1 C. CONFECTIONARY SUGAR
LARGE COOL WHIP
2 PAKGS. PISTACHIO INSTANT PUDDING
3 C. MILK

MIX TOGETHER THE FLOUR,THE SUGAR CHOPPED NUTS AND THE MARGARINE MELTED. PRESS INTO BOTTOM OF 9X13 PAN BAKE AT 350 10-15 MIN (LIGHTLY BROWNED) COOL COMPLETELY!!
MIX TOGETHER USEING ELECTRIC MIXER
THECREAM CHEESE CONFECTIONARY SUGAR AND 1/2 OF THE COOL WHIP,SPREAD THIS OVER THE COOLED CRUST,THEN MAKE THE PISTACHIO PUDDING WITH THE 3 C. OF MILK AND SPREAD THIS OVER OTHER 2 LAYERS,TOP WITH THE REMAINING COOL WHIP.
