1 lb. bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces and cooked until crisp
8 oz. can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 tomato, sliced thin
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese (4 slices)
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased pie pan, pressing edges together to form a crust. Layer on crust: bacon pieces, tomato slices and cheese. Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. In large bowl, combine egg yolks, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper, mixing well. Fold in egg whites and pour over cheese layer. Bake for 35 minutes.
