1/4 lb. tender okra, cut 1/4 in thick.
2 fresh tomatoes, diced.
3 Tbsp onion, chopped.
4 Tbsp oleo.
1 tsp . salt.
1 Tbsp chili powder.
3 drops hot sauce.
1 c. water.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix okra, tomatoes, onions and salt. Saute in oleo for 5 min. Add chili powder, hot sauce and water. Mix well. Cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender and mixture has thickened.
