unbaked pie shell
1 8oz cream cheese softened
1 egg
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c chopped pecans

3 eggs
1c light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla. Beat till fluffy and pour into bottom of unbaked shell. Sprinkle pecans on top of the cheese mixture.
Set aside.

Beat eggs until well mixed but not foamy (DO NOT OVER BEAT) Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour over the pecans. Bake for 40 mins. This sill rise like a souffle' and sink as it cools.
