1/2 cup bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & chopped
dash salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 cups milk
1 small onion, sauteed
2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
parsley flakes for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 10" pan or 3 small muffin tins. Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix bisquick, milk, eggs, onion & seasonings in blender. Pour into bowl & fold in bacon & cheese. You can also use 1/2 lb. of ham, or seafood, sauteed with the onion instead of bacon.
Bake at 350º for 45 min. or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
