2 C cooked rice (white or brown)
1/2 lb. Lean ground beef
1 Tbl. sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions sliced
1 1/2 C broccoli slaw
1 1/2 C Napa cabbage shredded
1 Tbl. Light soy sauce
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste

Prepare rice. While the rice is cooking, in a skillet or wok, brown the beef until no longer pink. Remove beef from the pan. In the pan heat the sesame oil, add garlic and green onions; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the broccoli slaw and the cabbage. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Add the beef and heat thoroughly. Add the red pepper flakes to taste.
