1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk or cream
1 (15-16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
a few crushed saltines
TOPPING:
1 c. crushed saltines
1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a casserole dish. Combine egg, milk, corn, creamed corn, & a few crushed saltines. Pour into prepared dish. Combine 1 c. crushed saltines with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375º
for 30 minutes, or until slightly thickened & bubbly.
