8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. lump crabmeat
1/4 c. scallions, chopped
1 Tbsp. diced, green Anaheim pepper
1 Tbsp. red chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Garnish:
shredded Parmesan cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. Mix all ingredients, except garnish, together well. Spread on bottom of a 1" pan. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Broil 4 minutes or until cheese browns. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with chips.
