4 whole chicken breasts, halved
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c chutney
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cut chicken breasts in half. Place chicken in single layer in casserole. Combine orange juice, raisins, chutney and spices. Pour over chicken.

Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally. Just before serving, sprinkle with slivered almonds.
