1 pkg. white cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
2 egg whites
3 oz. strawberry Jello mix(or other flavor)
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. Cool Whip, slightly thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cake batter according to pkg. directions, except using 1 1/3 c. water & 2 egg whites. Bake in a greased 13"x 9"x 2" pan. Remove from oven & pierce all over with a fork.
Set aside.
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool to room temperature, then pour over the cake. Cover cake & chill until the Jello firms. Top with Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated until served.
