3 oz. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 large can evaporated milk, overnight in fridge
graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine gelatin and water; cool (not gelled) in freezer. Cream sugar and cream cheese. Combine cooled gelatin, sugar and cream cheese mixture, and evaporated milk with mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill in refrigerator.
