1 pound ground beef/turkey
1/2 onion (chopped)
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 package (1-14 ounce) Taco seasoning mix
2 tomatoes (sliced)
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies (drained)
1-1/4 cups milk
1 cup (8 ounce) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease pie plate, 10"x1-1'2". Cook and stir meat and onion until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate; top with chilies. Beat together milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high, or 1 minute with hand mixer). Pour into pie plate over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 8 - 10 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese. Start with lettuce outer edges - tomatoes - sour cream topped with cheese.
